Observation

The applicant has not yet assembled her disaster supplies as stated in her policies, including a flashlight stored with additional batteries and a three day supply of food and water, in addition to other items she listed she would have.. A room the applicant intended to use for child care does not have an exit that leads directly to outside and meets the window size requirements stated in 0166(4). The sliding glass door intended for exit had a metal rod blocking it from being opened. The applicant intended to keep her upstairs door, which is the main door to the home, and secondary fire exit locked with a deadbolt during child care hours.
